The founder of TF Property Consultancy

The company was set up to provide property developers and individuals readily accessible property expertise from a place of experience and trust.

Toyin Falade is an experienced property Sales and Marketing Director and Non-Executive Director. Toyin has over 20 years of experience, leading national teams and national programs to deliver sales margins in excess of corporate objectives. She has worked in both public and private sectors with organisations such as the London Borough of Camden, Savills, Berkeley Group, Family Mosaic now known as Peabody, Southern Housing  and One Housing part of the Riverside Group. Toyin progressed from operational to strategic positions by exceeding sales margins by as much as 24% annually and through  development of personalised systems to drive business growth.

As founder Toyin Falade’s primary responsibility will be to support organisations to maximize sales income, through property design reviews, market research, viability reports, and robust sales and marketing strategies to deliver corporate aims. We will always place our clients at the heart of the business through an intricate design of the customer experience and services we provide.
